2. Processing Fee
- For any refund approved by a third party, Aura Travels will deduct a processing fee from the refunded amount to cover administrative costs.
- The amount of the processing fee will vary depending on the nature of the service but will be clearly communicated to the client during the process.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Visa processing fees.
- Air ticket bookings (unless refundable options are explicitly purchased, subject to airline policies).
- Hotel bookings and accommodations.
- Travel insurance.
- Attraction and activity tickets.
4. Refund Timeline
- If a refund is approved by a third party, the processing time may vary depending on the service provider. Aura Travels will assist in expediting the process but cannot guarantee specific timelines for refunds.
- Any applicable refund will be credited using the original payment method.
5. Customer Agreement
By confirming any booking or service with Aura Travels, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.
